Yoga has fun postures. The stories that were told while we did poses were fantastic. It helped me with my breathing. It helped cure my cough.
I enjoyed yoga as it has some very relaxing moves. Some moves help us not to be nervous and can give us good balance. It is good for children who are shy when we did the laughing pose.

From the moment I stepped foot into this place I knew this was something special. Vivek, the yoga instructor greeted me and talked to me about my yoga history, made me feel welcome and eased my initial skepticism and doubt about Om yoga. Fantastic yoga studio! I had the best yoga class of my life there today.I attended the Wednesday intermediate yoga class, it was an amazing centring and full work out. My yoga instructor was fantastic. A wonderful blend of modern exercise and traditional yoga philosophy -- you walk out in your oh-so-wonderful "yoga bubble" but also feeling like you got a workout. The studio is new and the facility is awesome. The best part however, are the instructors, they are sensational. I've taken a few classes with Viv. He makes the class fun and will adjust you when necessary. He also teaches Mind Body Challenge class, and it challenges my whole body in the best of ways. I have tried everything from Hot yoga( I loathe it) to Iyengar and asthanga yoga. Unfortunately everywhere I tried, I experienced soulless yoga , I found that I could not continue with this type of yoga and was about to give up when my friend took me to Om Yoga Wellness Centre . Here I found the classes which appealed to my body and soul together. Viv their Yoga instructor is genuine and quite knowledgeable. I'm just getting back into yoga, and my friend told me to check this place out. The classes are small, and the vibe around it's awesome, everyone is very friendly.The instruction is a lot more 1-on-1 and has been great. The studio is very serene and definitely nicer than most of the places I've seen. I started with a 3 month unlimited pass and tried most of their classes. Its a nice mix of of teachers and classes. I have been working on some problematic joints in my body, and to my surprise, I can already see a difference. Its nice to be able to touch my toes again! Kim, Accountant
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, I adore this Centre. It is intimate (small classes means - more adjustments). It is nice and tranquil. Love the instructor - Vivek is my fav! I am spiritual minded so I love his classes .By the end my mind is finally quite and I feel absolutely blissful. The place is clean and tranquil with wonderful incense perfume everywhere. I love this place because there is so much more individual attention you get compared to the larger chain like studios. It's very clean and the decor and setting is very serene. I live very close by so it doesn't hurt that I just walk there. But there is plenty of parking available in the complex.
