Our Chair Yoga program is a gentle form of yoga using a chair for additional support. Most of the exercises are done while sitting on, leaning on or holding onto a chair. It is a great way to practice yoga for people of all ages and those with limited mobility.Yoga is something that can never be started too late. Introducing the concept and practice of yoga means that you are giving yourself an excellent chance to enhance the quality of your life. There are many yoga programs for young people, but very few specifically meant for seniors who are young-at-heart.
