If you are thinking of taking your fitness to the next level join Om Yoga Wellness Centre’s Power yoga Class. Be prepared to sweat, as you are guided through a flowing sequence of postures designed to build strength, increase flexibility and relax your mind!  A vigorous class that will improve  your circulation  by pushing your heart rate and metabolic rate and generate internal heat as you move from pose to pose in a flowing sequence that coordinates movement with breath.

Casual Class:  $20
5 class pass -  $90    (Valid for 6 weeks from first class)
10 class pass - $165 (Valid for 3 months from first class)
20 class pass - $295(Valid for 5 months from first class)

You will  leave feeling energised vibrant and centered.

The Power  yoga is a  fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Participants are encouraged to focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. Regular Practice of power yoga will build strength, flexibility and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind.You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.

The Om Yoga Mind-Body Challenge Class covers:
  • Gentle stretching and toning exercises
  • Postures for better alignment and improving muscle tone
  • Postures to improve balance and coordination
  • Advanced breathing techniques for power and endurance
  • Exercises for cardio fitness, strength, flexibility and stamina
  • Deep and instant relaxation techniques
