usually the time of year we hibernate on the couch with blankets and hot
chocolate, only to discover by early October we ‘have put on a few extra pounds.
It’s the season to draw our energies inwards for renewal and replenishment -
creating a firm foundation for the rest of the year. It’s a good time to build
warmth in the body, strengthen the spine and nourish the nervous system. Stay
balanced during this winter; conserve your energy through restorative yoga, breathing
and meditation.Yoga postures and
breathing practices are best suited for winter season, as they safeguard our
energy reserves and help fight winter blues. Yoga
practice taught in this course will help you to improve your metabolism and increases
your internal fire. This in turn will improve healing which helps us sustain positive
health and vitality.
Arrive 15 minutes before to have one on one chat with the instructor and enjoy Hot tea providedat our studio to help you keep warm before your practise each week What's included: 1.One 75 min. class/week on Tuesday 6:00 to 7:15 pm. Inclusive of 15 min meditation 2.Complementary 1 week pass of unlimited yoga after completion of the course , can be used for various classes offered at Om Yoga Wellness Centre.
