Meditation is a self healing process, which can help us combat daily stress and strains of the life. Stress is a sign  of negative thinking and Dis- ease within our mind. If we don't attend to  dis-ease in the mind we may find that chronic stress can lead to disease of the  body. Carefully tailored Gentle Yoga stretches, breathing techniques and  relaxing deep meditation will bring the healing and light to your Body, Mind and  Spirit!.

Our deep mediation practices are very effective tools which will  allow  you to clear out what you no longer need to keep &  thus create room for all that will  support and nourish you on our life journey. 
 

Our Yoga-Meditation Spa programme is a wonderful blend of yoga postures, breathing and meditation,  It will stimulate your body’s systems,  blood circulation and speed up the  metabolism making you experience increased energy levels and a greater sense of  inspiration and enthusiasm for life. Meditation may be known as a relaxation tool, but when combined with proper breathing techniques and suitable yoga  postures it can also deliver an energy boost .It has the  wonderful ability to energise and  transform. One of the reasons yoga and meditation are so popular is that its  benefits, such as stress release and increased energy levels, are felt  instantaneously.

While attending these classes you will learn how to use the power  of your breath to lead you into deep meditation, to increase energy and  vitality, and effectively release tension.

The techniques and postures are especially designed for people who find it  hard to relax, and slow the mind.  

 Week Beginners Course in Hatha Yoga: (Morning) date to be advised
Cost $110 includes
1. Your own free Yoga mat
2.One 75 min. class/week  
3.*Complementary 1 week pass of unlimited yoga after completion of course , can be used for various classes offered at Om Yoga Wellness Centre. Offer to be used with in the week of  completion of beginners course.
4.Option to do make up class. 
5.** Option to buy a 10 class pass for $150 (Regular Price $160, to avail this offer the pass must be purchased before or on the last day of the  beginners course) 
Our 5 week Beginners Hatha yoga course is  suitable for those who may  have done just a few classes on and off or have been away from yoga for a very long time and want to ease back  gently into a routine. You don’t need to be flexible to practice yoga!  Flexibility is  one of the many benefits of yoga. At our Yoga Centre in Sinnamon park,Brisbane you will experience   Yoga in a safe and non-threatening environment, where everyone else is a beginner.
