Beginners Class

4-Week Beginners Yoga & Meditation Course
Includes a free yoga mat! Suitable for most fitness levels.

 Are you new to yoga or feeling inflexible, stressed, or in need of balance? This gentle 4-week course is the perfect introduction to yoga and meditation.

You’ll learn:

Hatha Class

Our Power Yoga classes are designed for those looking for a high-energy workout that strengthens muscles, improves cardiovascular health, and boosts overall vitality.

PASSES & PRICING

  • Casual Drop-In Class: $25 per class

  • 5-Class Pass: $100 (valid for 6 weeks from the date of your first class)

  • 10-Class Pass: $185 (valid for 3 months from the date of your first class)

  • 20-Class Pass: $320 (valid for 5 months from the date of your first class)
